How to access EMPower for Birth

EMPower for Labour & Birth consists of two easy to use audio downloads

The downloads will enable women and birth companions to experience the use of hypnotherapy relaxation easily from the comfort of their own homes. Designed and delivered by a local midwife qualified and experienced in deep relaxation preparation for birth (“hypnobirthing”).

The two downloads costs £5 for the EMPower for Labour and Birth downloads

this money will go into a charitable fund

To order EMPower send an email to empower@elht.nhs.uk  with the following information

Your Name

• RXR (Hospital) number
• How many weeks pregnant you are
• How you heard about EMPower

You will then receive an email with further instructions
